1. Nature of digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically via:

• Notion workspace duplicate links
• Google Sheets links (where applicable)

Once access is provided, the digital intellectual property is considered delivered.

2. Refund eligibility

Due to immediate digital delivery, standard refunds are not provided once access has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Misunderstanding of scope (if product description was accurate). See Compare Governance Packages for current inclusions by tier.
• Internal approval delays
• Failure to review product details prior to purchase

3. Access issue resolution

If you experience an access issue (broken duplicate link or permission error):

• Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of purchase).
• Response time: 1–2 business days; access issues are typically resolved within 48 hours when you include your transaction email.
